Listed below are the problems and issues that can be helped with Hypnosis, EFT and Reiki.
It would be difficult to list everything so, if your problem is not listed, please do enquire for clarification.
It is very natural for most of us to experience any one of these symptoms at sometime in our lives. It is also more likely now in this fast moving society. Recession worries can become over-inflated and out of proportion. Stress and anxiety can make life very uncomfortable.
It is important to realise that we can change our reactions and perceptions and, even though our day to day life is the same, (we still have the rent or mortgage to pay - we still have to buy food and pay bills), we can feel differently about things .... we can learn not only how to cope but how to be more positive and powerful and understand that we can change our reality with our thoughts and beliefs.
Hypnosis can give you the edge to make those changes in your subconscious mind that will go on to change your conscious mind's attitudes and thoughts.
EFT is also a very powerful tool to help you change your deepest negative beliefs about life and yourself and to eliminate the emotional charge from past traumas.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please note that some of the problems listed below (marked with an asterisk) could have a physiological cause and therefore it is important that you consult your GP before undertaking any course of hypnotherapy or any other alternative therapy. Once a physical cause is eliminated then hypnotherapy can begin. Sometimes it is advisable to work in conjunction with a GP throughout a course of hypnotherapy. This can be discussed at the beginning of your therapy.

STOP SMOKING WITH HYPNOSIS - SPECIAL OFFER FOR FEBRUARY 2012 £120 INSTEAD OF £150
Hypnosis is an extremely effective method to Stop Smoking. One Session costs £150 or you can choose to have two for £165. Please mention whether you need the two sessions at the time you book your stop smoking session. If you choose to have two sessions, you will have a primer one week before the full session as well as a guided visualisation for improved health and wellbeing. This latter option is usually for those with established health problems related to smoking.
As long as you give your commitment to stopping smoking there will be nothing to stop you from being a non-smoker.

WEIGHT ISSUES - SPECIAL OFFER FEBRUARY/MARCH 2012 - £295 FOR THE GASTRIC BAND HYPNOSIS OR THE GENERAL WEIGHT LOSS COURSE
I offer FIVE sessions as a course for weight loss. Some people will be eligible for the Gastric Band Hypnosis course ie. those with a BMI in excess of 30. There are FOUR sessions including the gastric band operation and adjustment with a follow up appointment to discuss improvements to date and to see if any further adjustments and/or suggestions are needed to make the weight loss more effective. Some people will lose weight too fast and therefore the band will need to be adjusted so there is more room for food in their stomach. Others may not be losing weight fast enough, so the band can be adjusted again to make it smaller.
If you have a lower BMI and want to lose weight, I can tailor-make a course of FIVE sessions for you that will include information on ways to eliminate cravings, suggestions for shrinking your stomach, to encourage more enjoyment of exercise, to increase your metabolism, to decrease your appetite, to clear away any possible emotional attachment to food, and various other hypnosis techniques to get rid of weight without putting it back on again.
This is not to encourage dieting ... it is a change of lifestyle that will stay with you all your life.
