What Can You Expect?

I have practiced Reiki for many years now. I have learnt to use various types of Reiki which gives me a wealth of vibrational energies that I can pass on to you.

While lying on a comfortable massage couch you will experience the energy of reiki in various ways. Some people feel warmth but everyone's experience is unique. For relaxation and wellbeing and to alleviate stress you will not be disappointed.

Most people say they feel extremely relaxed and some feel wonderful changes in their mood and physical sensations of well-being too.

When I first had a reiki treatment, I was blown away by the strength I felt in my spine after the treatment. My back had been very painful and certain vertibrae kept moving out of place giving me problems every day. After the reiki healing I could do a sit-up without any problem and it felt amazing! My life has changed in leaps and bounds since starting on my reiki journey and I would recommend Reiki Healing for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life.

Everyone has a different experience and no particular outcome can ever be promised.

Healing seems to have a very profound effect on people and whether this effects you physically, mentally, emotionally and/or spiritually I cannot tell.

I always channel Reiki for your highest good.

Hands-on Healing to Relax and Reduce Stress

Reiki is a hands-on healing therapy for relaxation and stress reduction. It is not massage. The healer channels life-force energy through her hands either directly on your body or just above your body in the physical, emotional and spiritual energy fields (also called the aura). You will be fully clothed.

If you need some extra help to heal on any level why not try Reiki? It can really give you the boost you need to jump-start your recovery whether that be from stress, anxiety, worry, trauma, lack of confidence, surgery, disturbing diagnosis, chemotherapy side-effects.

A course of 3 or 4 sessions is always the most beneficial although I can, of course, offer you a one off session of Reiki healing.

Learn Reiki at Heart & Spirit Reiki

Anyone can learn Reiki.

One to One and small group courses are available for Reiki I and II. Both these courses run from 12.00 till 18.30 on a day to suit us both. The same for Reiki Master except that this course runs over two days.

Usui Reiki I £125.00 including CD and Manual

Usui Reiki II £160.00 including CD and Manual

Usui Reiki Master £400 including CD, DVD & Manual

The Reiki Master Class runs over 2 days and can be taken only after Reiki I and II have been completed and at least six months have elapsed since receiving the Reiki II empowerment.
